I considered buying a 2nd gen SHO. I rode in a buddies car a while back and it was awesome. But decided I wanted RWD and lightweight, hence Im buying a miata this Tuesday.

3.0l SHO V6 with an M5OD 5-speed out of a Mazda B2000 and a 7.5" posi rear end in a car that weighs 1000 pounds less than a fox body mustang. Yes. Do want. OBD 1 computer is easy to trick into thinking its still in a Taurus, a fuel cell and a high pressure external pump gives me fuel pressure and a factory 3liter Capri rad and electric fan will take care of the tough bits. Maybe a turbo might be in its future....
